We were not satisfied that an extra charge was made to my Bank of America account, whether it was for a service charge or a third party chg but it was not shared with us Prior to getting the tickets.

Tampa Zoo visitors can enjoy extended opening hours from March 14–22, 2026, with daily access from 9.30am to 7.00pm. You can also enjoy longer visiting times every Saturday and Sunday throughout April 2026, when the park will be open from 9.30am to 7.00pm
