The tickets and QR code for the audio guide will be emailed to you one day before your visit. For same-day reservations, tickets will be sent immediately. Please follow the instructions in the email
You'll meet your host near the main entrance of Topkapi Palace and he will bring you inside. Do not leave him. Without a guide, you can't enter the Harem
Topkapi Palace entry times are 9.30 am, 10 am, 10.30 am, 11 am, 11.30 am, 12 pm, 12.30 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm, except Tuesdays
Hagia Sophia is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm, Fridays only from 2 pm to 7 pm. Basilica Cistern is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm
Please note that restoration work is ongoing inside and outside Hagia Sophia
