Direct contact with the company providing the experience meant that we could set out a little earlier than originally planned, to avoid crowds. Our guide, Florin, was great. He helped us to source lunch and placed our food order for us; he helped us to buy tickets from the machines at Bran castle; he gave us lots of information while we were on the road and at the attractions.
