Level I canyoning is for those who never tried the sport and those who, having done it, seek fun without worrying about knowledge about maneuvers with cables. It is usually practiced on the south side of Madeira Island.

It's a very safe sport due to the use of high-tech equipment. Emotion and adrenalin are certainly a part of canyoning, and the fact that one is in permanent contact with nature allows clients unforgettable moments of harmony, freedom, and well-being

The approach to the canyoning takes about 5 minutes until the river, and about 15 minutes between the exit to the house to change clothes.

Transfers to/from location were excellent. Guides were really brilliant and helpful, including with two members of our party who were somewhat afraid of heights. Location and scenery were wonderful - it was like having a mini-tour of the ecological park as well as the canyoning experience. Equipment provided was great, and the little extras such as a chocolate bar and water at the end were appreciated! Only downside was changing in to/out of wetsuits in the car park - OK when the sun came out!

Wir wurden abgeholt vom Hotel, bereits die Anfahrt zum Startpunkt war sehr unterhaltsam und lehrreich. Die Ausrüstung war wirklich sehr gut, insbesondere das Schuhwerk, auf Sicherheit wird großen Wert gelegt. Es kam durchweg keine Langeweile auf und es hat großen Spaß gemacht mit der kleinen Gruppe. Auf jeden Fall machen, wenn möglich mit den Guides Djago und Alex!!

Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis! Es war alles dabei: klettern, rutschen, abseilen und springen. Ausrüstung top! Diego und Alex waren versiert, auf Sicherheit bedacht und zeigten dabei viel Humor. Die kleine Wanderung zurück zum Bus durch noch ursprüngliche Natur war auch schön. Fazit: jederzeit wieder!

Sehr gute Guides, top Service und gutes Equipment, besprochene Abholung & Rückfahrt hat super geklappt. Die Größe vom Neoprenanzug, Schuhe etc. hatten wir wenige Tage vorher per WhatsApp an den Anbieter weitergegeben (laut Anweisungen auf dem Voucher). Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Fillip and Victor made for a really fun activity. We had never done canyoning before and were nervous, they got us stuck straight in and we both throughly enjoyed it. Felt very looked after and safe with them both. Would definitely recommend!
