Visitors are required to climb 463 steps (no lifts available). The climb is not recommended for people suffering from heart problems, vertigo or claustrophobia
Access times to the monument may be subject to change due to extraordinary events
Number of participants: maximum 10 adults
Please have your confirmation voucher ready for a seamless experience.
Please follow the dress code, appropriate for a place of worship: clothing must cover both shoulders and knees. Access is not allowed with exposed shoulders or knees, nor with sandals, flip-flops, hats, or sunglasses. Tight clothing, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, and low-cut tops are not permitted. Shorts or skirts must be at least knee-length.
To avoid overcrowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals, more than 5 minutes, may be denied entry. Our on-site staff can easily be recognized by their yellow vests with "ACCORD" written on them.
Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Re-entry is not permitted.

Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry. We invite you to go to the Dome of Brunelleschi's Door, also known as the Almond Door, located on the left side of the Cathedral in Piazza del Duomo 15r, opposite the Lindt chocolate shop. There you will meet our staff, who will be wearing a yellow vest with the word “ACCORD” on it

Pensavo fosse molto più faticoso fare i gradini e invece no . Un paio di soste hanno snellito benissimo la salita. Vedere a pochi metri delle tali meraviglie ha ripagato in pieno… ed essere lassù .. in una giornata di sole meraviglia e ammirare tale bellezza. Non ci sono uguali .
