When customers arrive at the gift shop from their Hotels via mini bus the staff should always do a head count before walking off to the ferry terminal. I pop up stairs to go to the toilet for no more than 2 minutes and all my mini bus party had gone. I was left alone to find the ferry terminal. When I found it I had missed my ferry to Cozumel Island. I caught the next one that left 20 minutes later. When I arrived at Cozumel at 0855 I caught my snorkelling speed boat with 2 minutes to spare.

Trip was ok but not worth the money in my opinion. It was about £25pp cheaper booking direct Staff friendly, but a lot of waiting around. We only had 10-15 minutes at el cielo. This was the nicest part,more time would have been nice. The reef where we swam for the most part the guide kept calling us to different parts then sending us back again. The photographer seemed to favour certain people & I got better photos myself. Safety measures were lacking. No free time as stated

We did this trip two years ago and it was amazing so we wanted to do it again but it was a huge let down this time, rushed, poor boat used, pushy guides just after tips and a beach bar which wasn’t advertised over £250 paid for a really average day

The boat ride was exhilarating; a great start to the experience. Each reef visited offered slightly different feel, we were delighted to see multiple sea turtles. The last stop for lunch was relaxed and lighthearted, the staff fully engaging

Loved the experience, amazing sites to visit. However your description isn’t very close to what we did. You don’t mention you pat an extra $30usd when you check in, that you are getting the ferry to and from Cozumel, we had lunch and drinks included, and also had to spend a couple of hours wandering around Cozumel after the snorkeling

This is a must book experience! Forgot the other turtle yours, this is the only one you need. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of you. We saw the coral reef and loads of sea life but also amazing to see the Sea Turtles in there natural habitat. You must book this! Great food provided. Fun speed boat ride. Read the info about the sun cream, it's to protect the wildlife. They do provide long sleeve tops for protection.
