Communication from the provider was great. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The instruction on the excursion were clear and we felt safe throughout.

The service from TUI was shocking. The time was never confirmed on original booking as it said 0000. I queried this with the rep who knew nothing about the experience and told us to cancel as it wouldn’t be going ahead. I told her that it was confirmed. She then phoned through and got a company name that I walked to as nobody from TUI contacted me. I kept getting promises over text hours later, but nothing back. I ended up doing this independently which turned out to be a different company.
