Overnight tour to Cairo´s highlights from Sharm El Sheikh

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

• You'll gain access to the pyramids area, but the entrance fees to get inside the pyramids (Cheops, Mykerinos or Kefren) are not included. The tickets available are limited and must be purchased on site, so access is not guaranteed. The adult entrance fee for Cheops Pyramid is around 1500 EGP, and for Mykerinos or Kefren Pyramid is around 280 EGP. Children under 12 years get a 50% reduction
• At the museum, personal cameras without flash are allowed for an additional fee of around EGP 50. Please note that this is subject to change without prior notice

Know in advance:

• Update (valid starting 20 October 2025): The Hall of Tutankhamun at the Egyptian Museum (including the Golden Mask and Golden Sarcophagus) will be closed as the collection is being transferred to the new Grand Egyptian Museum. The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, however, remains rich with exceptional treasures, including the mummies and the gilded mummy mask of Yuya and Thuya
• The pickup time starts after midnight and the journey to Cairo takes approximately 7-8 hours

• Please arrange a take-away breakfast box with your hotel reception one day before the tour date. If your accommodation includes dinner, then please coordinate with your hotel reception prior to the tour date to provide a late dinner at your room upon return
• This tour is available in shared and private options
• There is a minimum of 4 adults for the shared option

Remember to bring:

• Your passport /ID with a valid Egypt Full Visa sticker. If you only get the free stamp (the Gulf of Aqaba Stamp) upon arrival at Sharm Airport, then, you still need to buy the Full Egypt visa 48 hours prior to the tour date. A local operator will help you buy the Full Egypt visa
• Long trousers, sunglasses, walking shoes, a hat, a camera, and cash for tipping and shopping
