Your journey begins with an evocative walk through the organic olive groves, accompanied by an expert agronomist who will reveal the secrets of the oil. A tale made of tradition, passion and commitment that will involve you.You will then move to the oil mill, where you can watch the extraction of the oil and discover the preservation process in the cellar.

But your experience does not end there! An authentic immersion in Sicilian culinary tradition awaits you, with typical flavors and delicious dishes where oil is the protagonist. From the famous "pane cunzatu" to the irresistible arancini, from sfincione to crocchè, it will be an opportunity to tickle your senses. Everything will be accompanied by wine and water.
