Start your experience with a 25-minute Multimedia Video, which graphically illustrates how today Rome was thousands of years ago in the times of the Roman Empire. Allow the multimedia video to take you back in time to Ancient Rome.

After the multimedia video, you will be accompanied by dedicated staff to the access of the Roman Forum. Once inside, explore at your leisure the Roman Forum Ruins. Continue your visit by making your way to the Palatine Hill, which was the site of the Foundation of Ancient Rome.

After approximately two hours of your visit of the Archeological Area, step inside one of the world's most famous monument: The Colosseum. Explore at your own pace the immense amphitheatre, the largest ever built by the Roman Empire.

Your experience also includes a visit to the Roman Houses of Celio. The staff at the meeting point will provide you with all the information necessary for your discovery. Le Case Romane del Celio is a very flexible experience, where you will not have access times, but you will be able to decide in complete autonomy when to go.

Informations importantes

Know in advance:

Visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill first on your own (approximately 2 hours) before entering the Colosseum
Roman houses of the Celio can be visited at any time except Tuesdays and Thursdays
Families with children will be escorted to the entrance of the Roman Forum
For security reasons, all visitors and their luggage must be screened
Latecomers will not be accommodated
The official admission ticket to Domus Celio costs €12 per adult, €10 per reduced (6-14) and €2 per child under 6. The price difference is due to the additional services included in the offer
