Know in advance:

For option 2, if you're a solo traveller you need to select the "Participant" ticket option
Full name, flight arrival/departure details and time, passport details, and number of all passengers are needed for this service, please indicate them at check-out
Infant aged between 14 days old and 9 years old on the travel date travel free when accompanied by a paying adult
Immigration may ask to see your hotel information or your return ticket
All passengers aged 10 and over must pay fast track in advance. In case of any additional passengers arriving at the airport, the service will be cancelled with no refund
Fast Track is available from 06.00 to 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
VIP access to any of the lounges is 2 hours maximum
One piece of luggage and one carry-on per person are included if you have a transfer to your hotel
