Know in advance:

Please write your chosen meeting point in the "Additional Comments" section when booking. You can choose either Tokyo Station (8:00 am) or Shinjuku Station (8:30 am)
When booking, you'll be asked to provide your email address. The night before your trip, around 9:00 PM, you will receive an email with the tour guide's contact number and the vehicle's license plate. Please make sure your email and phone are accessible
Traffic in Japan during weekends and holidays may cause delays, pushing the return time beyond 9 pm. The local operator will take responsibility for any overtime fees for the guide and driver. You're suggested not to schedule additional activities or transportation afterward to avoid losses. Please be aware that the time spent at attractions may also be reduced, adjusted, or canceled due to these delays
