The entry ticket is strictly valid for the selected entrance time
As per the attraction's regulations, please provide each participant's full name, ideally as on their passport, and date of birth during booking. Each ticket is nominative and can “only” be used by the assigned participant. For the verification process, you must present a valid passport or identification during the activity. Please ensure to provide the correct contact number and email during the booking process
An infant and/or child must be accompanied by at least one adult to complete the booking
Entry Ticket(s) will be delivered via email used during the booking process, within 24 hours prior to the activity
All guests must undergo airport-style security. During high season, the wait may be up to 2 hours. Queues are expected during the Jubilee due to the high number of visitors
Wear clothing that covers at least the shoulders and knees. If your clothing does not comply with the rules, you may be denied entry
Some parts might not be accessible and are subject to unexpected closures until further notice due to the site’s restrictions
The Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and Vatican Necropolis are not included in the tour
A number of services are suspended during the Jubilee: there is no cloakroom, only a place to leave pushchairs

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected entrance time, to allow for the necessary security check at the attraction. The local operator's staff will be meeting you holding a “Loving Rome” flag and will be stationed at the “black tables” of Caffè Leonina, situated beyond the white tables of the kiosk. The meeting point is near the arches, at the left-hand side of the square's corner, where the square meets via di Porta Angelica. You will be directed by the staff to proceed directly to the reserved entrance line to reach the “Ticket Check Gazebo”. Present the ticket you received by email along with a valid ID or passport to the official staff wearing a "yellow vest". Late arrivals will neither be accommodated nor refunded. Please note that no staff will be present at the meeting point for the 16:00 and 17:00 time slots, as well as for all time slots on Wednesdays and Sundays. In these cases, please proceed directly to the reserved entrance line to reach the “Ticket Check Gazebo”.
