Important to know

Know in advance:

This tour includes hotel pickup from most the major Las Vegas hotels. Please indicate your accommodation name and location during checkout
Note, pickup is approximately 90 minutes prior to flight departure
If you do not want to receive hotel pickup, or are not located at a major Las Vegas hotel, you will meet directly the Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopter Terminal
Children over the age of 2 will be required to have their own seat. Children under the age of 2 years are required to have proof of age (passport or birth certificate)
Due to limited space, purses, backpacks and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft
The use of selfie sticks and extending camera poles is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft
Helicopters have a maximum weight capacity. Passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Anyone weighing 300lbs (136.36kg / 21.43 stone) or more will be charged for an additional comfort seat
The bottle of water is not allowed to be opened in aircraft

Remember to bring:

ID, water, camera, sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain, layered clothing through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March
