Tuscan and Italian Authentic Recipes Cooking Class

Discover the secrets of fresh Italian pasta, and prepare two traditional Tuscan pasta shapes: Tagliatelle and Pici. You will learn how to make the dough from scratch, roll it out by hand, and complete your dishes with authentic traditional sauces.

After the class, the wine expert will guide you through a tasting of Poggio ai Laghi wines, exploring their deep connection with the local territory.

The experience concludes with a full lunch or dinner, where you will enjoy the pasta you have just prepared, paired with a selection of wines.
