In this experience, you'll acquire the skills to taste like a connoisseur while delving into the realm of white Bordeaux: its history, appellations, grape varieties, winemaking methods, and terroirs. You'll compare styles from both the Left and Right Banks and understand how stainless steel preserves freshness and fruitiness, whilst oak barrel ageing adds complexity, roundness, and structure. Additionally, you'll have the chance to sample the famed sweet Sauternes.
