Airport pick-up: After booking, the local operator will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Viber/kakaotalk/email to confirm the pick-up time, flight information and hotel address. The driver will be holding a sign with your name and waiting at Column 11 of the International Terminal or Column 7 of the Domestic Terminal at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, to take you to your hotel

Airport drop-off: The driver will arrive 10 minutes before the agreed time and wait for you, to take you to the airport.
