Not allowed:

• Lean on, climb over or sit on the fence. Under no circumstances may children be lifted over the fence
• Feed the animals. Changing their diet can cause them harm and is dangerous for the visitor
• Touch the animals

Know in advance:

• You will receive an email from the local operator with the valid access voucher within 24 hours after booking
• Your ticket includes 1-day entrance to the park and the cable car
• Your ticket does not allow preferential access to the park. Access to the park is on a first-come, first-served basis and order of queue
• In order to obtain a child ticket, it is essential to purchase at least one adult ticket at the same time
• Extreme caution must be exercised in the animal enclosures and respect the safety distance
• Children must be supervised at all times
• The speed limit inside the park is 20 km/h. You must always park in the designated parking areas. Traffic signs must be respected
• It is recommended to watch your belongings at all times. The park is not responsible for loss or misplacement, theft or damage to vehicles. Do not leave belongings in plain view and it is important to keep your vehicle locked whenever you get out of it to observe the animals
• The park management is exempt from the consequences of non-compliance with these rules
• Dogs are allowed as long as they are properly leashed and controlled. Dogs are not allowed in the gondola, gorilla enclosure and cafeterias (except for guide dogs)
• Consult where to be located with pets at demonstrations
• The closing of the facility for security reasons or adverse weather conditions does not oblige to any refund and/or any kind of refund and/or compensation
