Lanzarote's rugged volcanic coast is the star of the show on this trip, but if you like your sightseeing injected with some wave power, then this jet ski tour is just the thing. You'll drive your own jet ski from Puerto del Carmen, along the coast to Barranco del Quiquere, Puerto Calero and Playa Quemada on this 40-minute ride.

After being picked up from your hotel you'll hop on a boat at Puerto del Carmen to scoot to where the jet skis are waiting. You'll be given your wetsuit, life jacket and a quick safety briefing before you're let loose on your own jet ski.

Follow your guide as you rev and bump through the waves to Playa Quemada, passing the Barranco del Quiquere along the way. You'll also swing by Puerto Calero to fully appreciate Lanzarote's volcanic beauty while enjoying an action-packed morning.

The jetski experience was fantastic, sea was a bit choppy as expected but a fantastic 40 minutes blasting about in the sea.

The trip was great we had lots of fun also it was very safe, the four jet skis stayed along way apart, also if you started to get too close the power reduced considerably. the scenery was great too.

Firstly the transport was supposed to pick us up at 10:45, We were at the bus stop at 10:30. We waited until 11:00 still no pick up, we decided to get a taxi from the rank next to the bus pull in as we did not want to miss our Jetski slot. We asked the taxi driver to take us to Quemada which is destination advertised. We got to Quemada and there was no sign of a jet ski. With the help of our driver he made a phone call and was told that we needed to be in puerta del carmen. He took us there.

Great experience overall, but filling out forms regarding liabilties etc on the merchants app could have been done the day before to make things run smoother.

The guide, the tour and the harbour staff were excellent. However advance communication needs to improved because the wrong collection point was given, drivers licence was needed but not told in advance, and participants should be advised to take a spare change of clothing or wear only swimwear because you get completely soaked and no wetsuit is provided.

Really great experience, very enjoyable and extremely friendly and helpful staff!
