The night before your trip, you will receive an email with the tour guide's contact number and the vehicle's licence plate. Please make sure your email and phone are accessible
Traffic in Japan during weekends and holidays may cause delays, pushing the return time beyond 9 p.m. The local operator will take responsibility for any overtime fees for the guide and driver.
