Firstly we was delayed taking off ( nearly 3hrs) The flight its self was okay. Staff on board were lovely. Once we arrived in Jamaica its was nearly 2hrs getting through immigration and baggage reclaim. Coming home to Manchester was a lot more smoother and was very impressed with the new E gates. From landing to clamming bags and to picks up its was 20mins, very pleasant experience.

The lounge looked lovely, however as the TUI check in queue was so long, by the time we bought a couple of items on duty free we only had 15 mins in the lounge. So was unable to enjoy the facilities.

There was nothing I didn’t enjoy and it was well worth the money. If I had to make a suggestion it would be that on entering all food options are pointed out. We arrived and were seated next to the small buffet, this buffet was great but when we went to the loo we noticed there were other larger buffet offerings. This is definitely not a complaint as the small buffet was lovely, the service was excellent and put the London Gatwick Premier Lounge to shame.

Premium economy on board is great. The lounge at Gatwick is a nice start to the holiday. We were only disappointed at the baggage reclaim at Gatwick when our premium luggage took 40 minutes to appear.
