This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities

Know in advance:

A valid ID document is mandatory for security checks at the entrance to the Basilica.

Audio-receiver devices are included in case of groups of over 10 people
Tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide or in case of special religious functions (in these cases it can be postponed the day after otherwise it will be refunded)
For the visit to the Basilica, proper clothing is required (no shorts or tank tops)
During some days of high turnout or for reason of force majeure (for example high tide or security problems) the waiting time to access St. Mark's Basilica might be longer than expected: in this case, please line up and respect the instructions provided by the guide
The tour is not considered private but it is shared with other guests not belonging to the same party
The guided tour of the basilica includes only the access to the ground floor of St. Mark's Basilica. Access to St. Mark's Basilica Pala d'Oro and Terrace is not included.

Meeting point:

From St. Mark's Square, face the Basilica and turn right towards the Doge's Palace. Continue past the Bridge of Sighs to Riva degli Schiavoni (the waterfront promenade). Walk for 2 minutes, then turn left into Calle de le Rasse. The Venice Tours Office is at number 4536; look for the sign at the entrance. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

Ottima esperienza, con accesso immediato senza coda, guida davvero esperta, una meraviglia assolutamente da vedere. Purtroppo non è stato possibile effettuare la visita all’artigiano del vetro all’opera vicino a piazza San Marco.
