The standard ticket includes an audio guide, accessible via a QR code available in the room. A mobile device with an active mobile internet connection is required. If you don't have mobile data, you can connect to the free Wi-Fi network available in the space

Headphones are required to avoid disturbing other visitors. It is recommended to bring your own headphones, although you can also purchase them for €1 (jack type) at the ticket counter, in which case you may need to wait depending on availability

As Americans on a visit to the wonderful city of Madrid, we really enjoyed this exhibit and was a nice alternative to the Prado.
