Flexible time Real Madrid: Bernabéu Stadium & Museum Entry

Accessibility:

• The museum and panoramic viewpoint are suitable for wheelchairs
• Benches and dressing rooms are not yet fully accessible
• Guide dogs with official documentation are allowed

Know in advance:

• On match days, the Bernabéu tour will be available up to 5 hours and 30 minutes before kick-off. On the day before the match, and on match days, the visit will be limited to the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium. On these days, the locker rooms and benches will remain closed
• Supporting documentation for reduced tickets must be shown before access (and Madridistas must present their Madridista card at the entrance)
• Several stairs along the itinerary. Luggage, pushchairs, strollers, etc., are not recommended inside
• The organisation is not responsible for tickets purchased outside official points of sale
• Keep your ticket until the end of your tour, as staff will request it when you leave
• Due to events at the stadium, the route and timings of the visit may vary
• The turf on the pitch has been temporarily removed
• Children from 0 to 4 years old can enter for free
