- Vehicle Options:
- Car (Toyota Vios or similar): Maximum 2 passengers with a small luggage or 3 passengers without luggage
- Van (Toyota Innova or similar): Maximum 3 passengers with a small luggage or 5 passengers without luggage
- Bus (Ford Transit or similar): Maximum 8 passengers with a small luggage or 15 passengers without luggage
- Each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
- The driver will be Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- The English-speaking customer service team is available on WhatsApp 24/7. The WhatsApp contact can be found in the voucher after booking
- Over time (per hour): 7/7/14 USD for Car/Van/Bus (pay to transfer operator)
- Late/Early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 6/7/9 USD for Car/Van/Bus (pay to transfer operator)
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide: pick-up date & time, number of pax, pick-up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time: for International flights - 90 minutes; for Domestic flights - 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
